Abstract

The reasons which have motivated this article must be found among the dramatic changes with which the city provide us and the unnoticeable processes that start them. The object of this article is to develop some aspects that Smets left unconsidered when he wrote about the basis of the scene which offered the european infrastructures. Such aspects are related to the implicit reasons of its impulse and to the inherent mystifications and its purpose is to give evidence of those approaches which will be forgotten by the history.
