Littoral spaces of Mar del Plata: Tourist patrimony or Tourist heritage

Abstract

The period between after war and sixty decade is, perhaps, the most representative of massive tourism in Mar del Plata. Period in which the most important littoral equipment, constructed to the tourist service, has been consolidate, specially to the denominate “social tourist” ; allowed thank of nationals and provincials politics. Those constructions constituted the tourist patrimony but, also architectonic heritage because of the connotations that had became. Now are our identity.
These work analyses those equipment from de tourists and the patrimonial lectures, trying to offer some instruments to it's conservations and to interpret the actor's actions and reactions.
